Hello,
I'm explaining my issue.
I bought a bluetooth auna DBT-2 headset, it works great, the sound is perfect and when I plug in the jack, the sound comes out of both earphones (on PC & phone). But when I connect it via Bluetooth to my phone, only one earphone (the left) works.
Is this normal?
Thank you for your response, best regards.

Hello,
Regarding Bluetooth, I don't think it's "normal" that your headset only works on one channel.
Check the SOUND options on the phone to see if there's a line mentioning MONO/STEREO.
Otherwise, I went to the AUNA website, but I didn't see anything regarding any support (app for the phone or firmware update... not even the manual... nothing!)
If this headset was purchased in a store, go back there and ask the seller if this is normal... or not.
Sorry.. I can't do anything more...
Have a good day

Well, listen, I can't find this option on my phone (mono/stereo) (I have a Galaxy J7 2016) and I bought it at Fnac :/

And on the headset... no button or anything that could be used to get sound in both earphones?

No buttons are specified, change music/sound + / - pause.
And nothing is mentioned in the manual. -
In this case, your only solution is to find a store that sells the same product and to ask the seller for clarifications.
Have a nice day
