Hello,
For the past few weeks, my Adobe Reader DC program closes after a few seconds. I'm on Windows 10.
I have read all the messages and accepted the eula.exe; I have uninstalled and reinstalled... still the same!
I can't use another program because the Erasmus Plus documents only open with the latest version of Adobe.
Who can help me?

- Uninstall the current version and then clean with Ccleaner
- Download the latest version 2015-023-20053 from the Publisher's site

Thank you for your help; I followed all the recommended steps, I restarted the PC: nothing has changed! I still have the same issue :-(
I don't know what to do!
