Cannot connect because I lost my phone number.

Hello,

I can't log into my account anymore. When I try to do so, it tells me to open the app on my old phone (which I no longer have).

Unfortunately, when I created this email account (Yahoo), I registered the recovery email as the address of the company I was working for at the time, and today I no longer have access to that either.

All I have is my password (Yahoo), but I can't log in with just that...

What should I do please?

    You should have modified this information before this kind of case happened, I don’t understand why you didn’t do it.

    Sorry, but with this type of free messaging, if your own account recovery settings are incorrect, there’s no way… It’s lost.

    Unfortunately, I made a mistake with the date when my old number would be deactivated, and as a result, I didn't have time to make those changes.

    However, I remember that a few months ago I could connect only with my password (which I know); is it no longer possible to log in that way?

      Yes yes, but when I enter my email address, it immediately tells me to log in to the app or confirm on my old number.

        there is no such type of service for free messaging

        either you know your settings and they are valid and you recover your account
        or the settings are incorrect and it's dead
