Epson Stylus prints only in blue

Hello,

My Epson Stylus 4800 printer is only printing in blue, all the cartridges are new, and all the technical data is okay.
What should I do?

    Good evening,

    Are the cartridges original Epson or generic?
    Is the printer used regularly or occasionally?
    Have you tried cleaning the nozzles using the utility provided?

      Hello and thank you for your reply. Yes, I cleaned the nozzles, the heads; the cartridges are not Epson but they have always worked. This issue happened to me once before but with red ink, and I can't remember the solution we found.
      The printer is used sparingly.
      I run it as much as possible and now I have a bit of black in the print, it's an improvement.... But it's not enough.
