Customize a map of France

Hello,

I am a student and to complete my project, I need to customize a map of France by coloring certain regions, for example. Despite extensive research, I haven't found any tools.
Does anyone know of a software or website that would allow me to do this so that I can then insert it into a Word document?

      Hello Marina, and thank you for your response,
      I did indeed come across this site at one point, but there's a small hiccup: how can I select the different departments to color them as I wish? Is that possible with Word?

      You need to take the vector map. It's actually a Word file, and the map is located in the Word file. Just click on the department and choose a color.

      This document is compatible with all versions of Word.
