Sades sa-903 driver Windows 10 in French

Hello, Santa Claus has been very nice to me and gave me a SADES SA-903 headset.
I just tested it for recording and it's a nightmare! There's a hiss and the sound is very low. I tried to adjust the settings but without success. I would also like to reach out to you for assistance. Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87
