My controller got wet and doesn't work anymore.

Hello,
I spilled water on my PS4 controller, I wiped it off but for a while it wouldn't turn on with the PS button and it kept vibrating, and at times the color was red :(

Does anyone have solutions because now it doesn't work anymore. Thank you

    There won't be a "miracle method"... Considering the symptoms, I think she's just burnt out.
