Hello everyone,
I have a problem, my MP3 player is stuck at the start hourglass and I've been told that I need to change or update the firmware of my MP3 player, but I haven't found it anywhere.
So if any of you can help me that would be really nice
here are the references I have:
MP3 digital player (or USB MP3 Player)
Clip Sonic MP59 (-512)
on the installation CD it also says:
620 KC
V 1.0
I hope you can help me find it
thanks in advance

Hello, I received the Sonic MP70 1GB clip for Christmas, and right from the start it won't turn on, even after reading the manual, nothing works.....
I've tried plugging it into my PC and pressing the play button, but still nothing....
I even used the charger from my old MP3 player... still nothing.
Can you please tell me what to do....
Thank you in advance. -
I have the same one and by pressing A/B for several seconds, I managed to get it to restart... you have to try quite a few times before it works.
Especially if you manage to get it started, don't use the (on/off) button anymore, otherwise, it's back to crashing... to turn it on/off you need to press play for several seconds.
There you go, I hope this helps you.
P.S.: if it doesn't work, you need to look for "mympxplayer", on their site there are quite a few firmware versions, I have tested some and so far I haven't found my savior yet. -

Hello,
I just bought a Sonic MP3 clip player MP70 but I can't install it on my PC (Vista); it's not recognized and I can't find the drivers.
Do you have the solution, please?

No, I put everything back in the box and returned it to the seller.
I tried everything on PCs with XP, W2000 Pro, W98, Vista. Nothing works.
A real piece of crap this drive.
Have a good day. -
I had the same problem and it was the USB cable that wasn't working. This happened with two MP3 players.

If someone has been the exchanger, could they dump their healthy firmware? So that others can flash it and recover their reader?

My Clipsonic mp70 reader stays on while I'm using it, it doesn't go into sleep mode. And I can't adjust that in the setup. Where can I find firmware???? There's none on their site!!

Hello everyone
I'm also having trouble converting clips into AMVs with Convert Utilities 4.1; it gives me an entry error and nothing works, no clip can be put into that damn player.
Everything else works for me.
If anyone has the instructions, I'd appreciate it :)
Thanks in advance -
Hello
I'm using Linux and there's a pretty special system for those who don't know:
the computer saves to RAM and then when you say "unmount the volume," that's when it actually saves to the MP3.
This isn't a problem except with this MP3 (clipsonic 1GB) because once the file is copied, it goes into charging mode and my computer thinks it has been disconnected, so I can't actually tell it to save to the MP3 for real.
If anyone has the same problem and can solve it, I'm interested.
Operating system:
-Fedora 7
-Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon -
