Hello,
it's usually said to use the 6 key to delete messages to be removed. It's not working on our device and the memory is full. Do you know how to do it please?

    AS404A? Are you sure about this reference?
    Wouldn't it rather be AS405A?
    When you say to erase the messages, do you mean clearing the answering machine of all its messages?
