Hello everyone,
I'm just getting the hang of InDesign and I need to create a layout for commercial documents. About fifteen pages with the same template and some photos/texts that change. My header (1/3) is a background image that changes each time; however, there are frames and titles that remain unchanged, which I've placed in a template.
When I apply my template to all my pages and then I want to put a different image at the top of each page, it appears in front of my template, making it impossible to send it to the back, thus hiding everything else.
Is there a setting, trick, or anything that could allow me to place it behind the template?
Without solutions, I'll end up doing them one by one manually without the templates, but time is a bit tight for me, and this isn't the first time I've encountered this issue. I figure there must be a solution, at least for next time.
Thanks in advance to all of you! :)

Hello,
I've already encountered this problem and found the solution:
you just need to create a layer to place in the foreground for the template elements that should stay in the front (it can be a good idea to lock it once the template is okay)
the rest of the elements on the pages will be on the layer that is in the background.
