I have been trying to reinstall my Sims 3 Pets game for several days now, but I've lost the manual where the activation code was located, and I tried sending proof of purchase during a chat with EA, but it didn't work. Do you have a solution to propose?

      So I had already installed it on my old computer, but the extension didn't install on the new one.
