Hello everyone,
I just bought a Crucial MX300 M2 SSD with my new MSI Z170A motherboard.
I've seen everywhere that it's super easy to set up, so I installed it on the motherboard (so far, so good), but when I start the PC, the SSD is not recognized.
My question is: Is there something I need to do in the BIOS or should it be detected automatically and is my SSD defective?
Thank you.

Hi,
Is it possible to update the BIOS?
Generally, it's what needs to be done for the PC to boot with recent hardware.

So boot from the hard drive to load Windows and then update your BIOS.
