Ecran d'enregistrement quand imprime

salut, j'ai un probleme d'imprimante, quand j'essaie d'imprimer kkch, au lieu de commencer a imprimer ca me donne un genre decran pour enregistrer le fichier que j'essai d'imprimer en format "Microsoft Office Document Imaging" pourtant sur ma session ca marche parfaitement. Pouvez- vous m'aider svp sinon ma mere va me tuer.....
