Phone ringing without SIM

Hello,
I was using a Samsung and I've just switched to an LG. I inserted my SIM card into the new phone (LG).
Strangely, even without the SIM card, I continue to receive calls on my Samsung. The worst part is that I can talk for about two to three minutes, then the call drops. If the person calls again, this time, it’s the LG that rings.
This is becoming very concerning.
Is there a technical explanation for this seemingly paranormal situation?

Hello,
Do you have a shared account on both phones like Google Play for example?
I had the same issue with two iPhones and it was the iCloud account.
