Suspicious login

Hello,
I just received the following message in my Yahoo mail inbox, coming from the following email address: ***@***. In the recipient field, I see the email address ***@***
Here is the content of the message:
"A login attempt has been made with your user ID.
Please review the details of the attempt:
IP address: 309.408.278.890 (115.231.188.109 -Chinanet) is located in Zhongxin
(China - Hunan)
Unusual activities detected on your account.
Proceed to update your account to avoid deletion
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR IDENTITY
Identify yourself: identification"
The identification includes a link that I have not clicked on yet for security reasons. I would like to know if this message was actually sent by Yahoo.

The email comes from a company that does not appear to be affiliated with Yahoo; otherwise, the domain name (in this case "t-online.de") would logically be something like "yahoo.com" or "yahoo.fr". However, it is also possible that it comes from Yahoo, I'm not sure about anything.
Can you send a screenshot? -
