Canal+ subscriber number

Hello,
I am contacting you because I have a problem with my Canal+ subscriber number. I tried to log in to MyCanal but it asks for my number. I looked through my mail and the number written has only 6 digits whereas MyCanal asks for a number with 1 letter and 8 digits. I also checked my client area and it’s the same number with 6 digits instead of 1 letter and 8 digits. So I don’t know if there’s an issue with my number or if, since my subscription to Canal is old, maybe the numbers have changed. If anyone is in the same situation, thank you for your help.
