Good evening,
It's indeed BitLocker that is adding those symbols, take a look at this link:

SFC /scannow

Open the Command Prompt as an administrator (admin).

Copy and paste: SFC /scannow and then press the Enter key.
There should be a space between SFC and /scannow.
This will scan all protected system files and replace any corrupted ones with a cached copy.

Do not close this Command Prompt window until the verification is complete at 100%.
The results of the scan will be displayed after this process is finished.

You will see if there were any errors and if they have been repaired.
