Beware, these two companies are actually the same.
They pretend to have a partnership to sell their product on credit without informing you, and then you cannot cancel before 48 months.
What to do?

    1- goldy's: The Legal Notices say nothing. No RCS number. Not very legal.

    If it's a 'security' thing located at 52 RUE HENRI BARBUSSE 92110 CLICHY, this thing was removed from the RCS as of June 1, 2016.

    Can you specify the RCS numbers of these two entities to investigate further?

    What do the GTCs say about termination?
