Hello everyone, yesterday I went on AliExpress, a site I know little about but where you can find interesting deals. I came across a France national football team jersey for about €17. The photo in the listing was taken from the back, with no brand visible. I then contacted the seller and asked if the NIKE logo was present on the jersey; he then sent me 2 photos, one of the front of the home jersey and one of the away jersey. In the photo, the jersey looks identical to the original, and I even think I see a FFF tag attached to the sleeve. Not having much experience with this site, I thought it was an original at a very good price or a reproduction. I then ordered the jersey. Later, while searching Google for reviews of jerseys from AliExpress, I realized they were counterfeits. I thought that given the price, well, it's understandable. Then I saw that customs penalizes this kind of jersey. As of today, my jersey hasn't shipped, and I would like information about the risks and possible refunds. MY QUESTION IS: IF I CLICK ON "CANCEL MY ORDER," WILL I BE REFUNDED? IS IT BETTER NOT TO ORDER IT?
Thank you in advance.

Hello

There are big risks involved with purchases! In addition to confiscation by Customs, the FFF (Holder of Derived Rights...) and Nike (Counterfeiting Conspiracy) can pursue you separately for substantial damages and interest.

Do NOT order..

If the jersey is already paid for, it’s too late; the Chinese knock-off sites never refund. Keep your fingers crossed that the jersey escapes the Customs' zealous attention.

You seem naive about using the Internet to buy branded items 'on-the-cheap'. Low cost is synonymous with potential problems.

See you later
