Recover my Gmail credentials

Hello,

I have lost all my Gmail credentials. How can I recover them so that I can send photos via Picasa again? Thank you for your help.

    There is only one Gmail identifier, and it is your email address.

    To recover your password, click on "forgot password?" on the Google login form.
