Importation des donées via un ficher excel

Bonjour,
j´ai un fichier Excel qui contient 1 000 000 lignes et j´ai voulu importer les données qui se trouve dans ce fichier afin de creer une table et ce en utilisant SQL Server Management Studio. Dans mon fichier il y´ a il y´ a deux colonnes de types varchar, trois colognes de types entier et deux autre de types float:.
Mais j´ai ce sage d´erreur:

PS. une des colonnes et qui est de types entier ce nomme "cn".
