Driverdoc warns me of 37 outdated drivers

Hello,
Every time I open my computer, a Driverdoc window warns me that I have 37 outdated drivers and asks if I accept the update.
Some are labeled as "old" or "very old."
For all of them, a date is listed.
For each one, I can choose to update or ignore.
So far, I haven't done anything out of fear of making a mistake.
What do you think?

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 48.0
