Hello,

I have a problem with the Snapchat app, I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime and for a while now I've been experiencing a bug that I can't resolve. When I record a video with a snap effect, it shows a green screen...
If anyone can help me, thank you^^

PS: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I've turned my phone off and on again, but it still doesn't work :-(

    step 1 = on Samsung, try to clear the cache and delete the data
    before uninstalling, then restart to refresh and finally reinstall

    step 2 = if your problem is not resolved, check your updates, whatever they may be

    step 3 = repeat step 1 if there were any updates

      In my opinion, go see the seller or the manufacturer
      just a little copy and paste
      We tested it on an iPhone that was receiving my buggy videos by sending a video from the H6. The video worked perfectly. So it may be that the software version is to blame. Additionally, we discovered that the Huawei Mate 7 had the same issue as us on SnapChat!
