PartitionMagic fait ça très très bien mais il est payant. Il y a certainement d'autres logiciels gratuits, eux....

Un seul conseil de prudence: fais d'abord un backup !
Pour supprimer c'est facile: un coup de fdisk et vlan. Pour agrandir la première partition, il faudra un autre programme. J'en citais trois sur http://www.commentcamarche.com/forum/affich.php3?cat=1&ID=335163&page=1
