No sound on one channel of my Freebox

Hello,
for a few days now, I haven't had sound on one of the channels on my Freebox (channel 65). All the other channels work fine, it's just this one that has an issue, which makes me think that it's not the box that's faulty. My whole family uses the TV, so maybe someone made a wrong manipulation.
Configuration: Mac OS X (10.10) / Firefox 48.0

I think the audio track selection is wrong, because sometimes, like with other shows on the same channel, it messes up when you can choose between French or another language. You just need to press the Menu button (green if I'm not mistaken), select the language settings, and switch the audio back to French.

On the channel, switch to green touch language and set it back to French.
