[XP] Where to find the txtsetup.oem file

I’m on Vista and I’d like to go back to XP.

An install is failing ... since I have a SATA HDD, I need the drivers, I thought I had them but during the install it asks for the file: "txtsetup.oem" and I don’t know how to get it, can you help me???

Here’s my config: Asus K8V-X motherboard, Athlon 64 3200+, Maxtor 160 GB SATA HDD

Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 2.0.0.5

1 we go to the workplace
2 click on the right on dd then choose explore
3 you will find some files click on the files drivers
    4 Raid files
