No more copying and pasting!

First of all, I apologize if I’m not writing in the right section (I wasn't sure if I should ask the question here or in mobile android)

Here’s my problem: I changed my phone about a month ago and I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7. Everything was going great until the day before yesterday when, for some reason, I can no longer copy/paste text/words. When I scroll over the text/word/number/url I want to copy, the options to copy, paste, copy to clipboard, etc. no longer appear! I had done it quite often in the 3 weeks prior, and it was working perfectly...

I can no longer save images found on the internet either! When I long-press on an image, the options to Save image, View image, etc. that used to appear are no longer there!

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

    I don't have that phone so I can't really help you, but check the keyboard options, you might have accidentally disabled that kind of shortcuts.

      I looked, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that in the keyboard settings... I still reset the settings, but it didn't change anything! :(

      in the end, I just had to shut my phone and reopen it... :P
