Error 500 on fnac

Hello,
I am new and not very savvy with computers
my problem if someone can help me
is that I cannot access my cart on the fnac website
it shows me "error 500"
I have the adblocker adblock but even when disabled I can't access my cart
do you have a solution thank you

    Hello,

    The 500 error is a server error.
    So I think the servers are having an issue, please try again a few hours later.

    Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about this error.
