Hello,
I recently got a Siberia 200 from SteelSeries, and unfortunately, I pulled on the cable that allows me to adjust the volume or mute the microphone, and the wire came off, so my headset is completely dead. The headset is barely 1 month old; I bought it at PGW 2016. But I don't have a receipt for the refund.
What should I do?!!
