Hello,

I have a problem with an Alcatel E132 cordless duo phone.
The screen does not light up when I pick up the device, making it difficult to read my caller's name or the phone number.

    Hello,
    If the problem is not a charger issue (cross-check the two combos to verify that the problem is independent of the charger), there is a strong chance that the batteries are at the end of their life.
