I have a problem registering the handset?

Nothing works anymore, I no longer have a line....

    Have you put the base in pairing mode after starting the procedure on the handset?
    See the procedure on page 49 of the pdf below

      but when the intercom is in registration mode and the base is in pairing, a long press on the rapidly blinking round button causes the message registration failed to display on the intercom

        How many handsets do you have??
        Try the custom registration...see page 51 of the pdf
        Otherwise, I suggest resetting the handset (page 50 of the pdf) before attempting to pair again, and if that isn't enough, a reset of the base (page 53 of the pdf)

        Be careful that resets will lose any stored information.
