Open BBOX Port for IPTV

Hello, I'm reaching out to you because I subscribed to an annual subscription for €50 on http://smartiptv.info and they provided me with an .m3u file (which contains the channels) that I put on my USB drive, imported into the KODI program (Bbox Miami with Android), and I have all the channels, but Bouygues is blocking the port for IPTV.
I go to the address: http://192.168.1.254 > Box Service > Port Forwarding > Nat/Pat > Add a rule.
I then add the name of the rule that I wrote myself: IPTV
The Protocol: TCP
And that's where I think it goes wrong, I never know if it's right, but I put this (which corresponds to the source of the broadcast port (I've hidden the last 2 digits to avoid any issues)):
External Port: 254xx
Internal Port: 254xx
Equipment: IP address of my Bbox.
I don't know if you can help me further to open these ports or if it's impossible, but I would be very grateful if you manage to do so, thank you in advance...
I also specify that this is indeed legal, just in case.
