Hello,
My mobile is a Meizu M2 Grey and I have been using the Free 2€ plan for 2 months now. However, when I am out of Wi-Fi, I can only make calls and send SMS, I have no internet access and cannot launch any applications requiring a network. The problem is that I do have network: I often have 4 or 5 bars of 3G as well as 4G connection. Yet, I can't launch any applications that require the internet or do any quick browsing. If it helps, I have a Nano-SIM. Thank you in advance for your future help and I wish you a good day.

Hello,
To access the internet via 3G/4G on Android, you need to enable the Data option.
However, before you turn it on, keep in mind that the 50 MB of the 2 euro plan is hardly anything; just 2 Android apps updating automatically, and you'll go over your limit, leading to additional charges.
Best regards

Hello,
The GSM network is independent of the internet network, so that's completely normal.
With a Free plan at two euros, there's no internet outside of Wi-Fi and the 50 miserable megabytes consumed in just a few seconds... -
Hey again!
I checked, and the Data option is already activated. I disabled it and then reactivated it, and restarted my phone to see if there was any update, but nothing changes; I still don't have internet access outside of Wi-Fi. As for the automatic updates of apps, I have disabled them.
