Issue with the freeplug button

Hello,

I am trying to sync the free plugs with each other, but one of them does not respond when I press the black button, as if the button is no longer working. What should I do?

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

    If the Ethernet cables are properly connected to both free Plugs, you need to reset the freeplug that is causing the problem. You will need to electrically unplug it, press and hold the button, plug it back in while holding the button for about 10 to 15 seconds; this will reset the powerline adapter, which should blink orange, creating a new clean connection between the adapters.
