Bluetooth connection issue with Bose soundbar.

Hello, I have a problem with my Bose Solo 5 soundbar. I can't connect via Bluetooth with my phone, while a friend of mine has the same model and I can connect to his. When I try to connect, my phone shows "connection refused by Bose Solo 5."

     Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...
