Hello, when I turn on the screen there is no image and the LED blinks 13 times in red, stops and starts again. Is it repairable? What can I do myself before taking it to customer service?

    Hello,
Try unplugging the power socket, wait a quarter of an hour and plug it back in.
If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a reset (factory settings) but you will have to redo the entire installation.

      Hello Andy,

Thank you very much for this first suggestion.
I tried it and it still doesn't work, however now the LED is green and no longer flashing... Oh, it just switched back to flashing red 13 times then pause then thirteen times again...

      Do you have another idea?

      Thanks in advance.

I should clarify that the screen is completely black and displays nothing: so it's impossible to use the menu to do a reset: I really feel like this is a power issue although if that were the case the LEDs wouldn't light up?.... If it's just a small component that's faulty, it's still a shame to throw away the screen even if it's 5 years old, what do you think?

5 years only, it's worth showing it to a repairman.
