I own a MacBook and I don't know how to number the pages of my document.
I'm not very skilled in this area.

Do you mean numbering the pages of a text document? It would be good to know which application is involved?

I need to number the pages of a VAE file, I have a MacBook Air latest version (purchased in November 2015) and I don't know how to do it.

VAE? I don't know of any software by that name for Mac, (I know this http://www.vae.gouv.fr/espace-ressources/toute-la-reglementation/toute-la-reglementation-de-la-vae.html), but no applications by that name on Mac.

When you are working on this Mac, you are using an application, Word, Pages, LibreOffice, Excel or any other application, but it's important to know which one...?
