IP of your interlocutor on Bazoocam

I'm really not proud of myself, I'm ashamed of myself. I went on Bazoocam and showed myself naked in front of my camera, and I'm really panicking besides being ashamed.
At one point, a guy appeared. At first, I thought it was a woman, and he said to me, "your IP address is recorded" "I reported your IP address." He told me he was a gendarme (is he bluffing me or is it possible that it's true? And is it possible to get someone's IP address just from a chat on Bazoocam between the two windows?)
Since then, I'm really scared. I assure you I'm a good guy and not a pervert, except that I'm coming out of a breakup and I'm not getting over it. And I'm not a pedo, and whenever I see "17 years" or "14 years," I skip instantly without understanding.
Now, I'm afraid of having the cops show up at my place, I'm afraid of receiving a lawsuit letter, I'm afraid that the guy I talked to knows where I live, I'm afraid he'll come to my house, I'm afraid that because of the IP he can get into my computer and rummage through it, I'm afraid he can access my box or turn on my camera remotely without me knowing, I'm afraid he'll access my emails, my Facebook, my Twitter, my Instagram, I'm afraid of being spied on, I'm afraid the guy has my name, my last name, my phone number. In short, I'm on the verge of depression.
This year, I'm graduating and I don't have the heart to study, plus I live with my parents.
I saw in one of the forums on the net that the penalties provided by Bazoocam are:
30,000 minutes for: sexual exhibition, racist and xenophobic remarks, advertising 'other sites.
600 minutes for: close-up of underwear
But could there be other more serious penalties? (like legal action, letter sent to my place)
