Recover my old Facebook account

Hello,
I am Nicolas, I am writing to you from the DRC. I am unable to access my Facebook account due to another account being opened with the same phone number. When I try to log in, my old account doesn’t work either. I really need my old account, and I want all the others to be deactivated!
