Good evening,
I just ordered shoes on www.footlocker-fr.com
I received a payment confirmation but no order confirmation. Is this site safe or is it a scam?

    Unfortunately, I believe you have just been scammed...

    Footlocker-fr.com is either a counterfeit copy of the official site (footlocker.com), or they will send you your package, but it won't have much value as it will be a counterfeit...

    Indeed, a quick visit to the site shows that it is not honest:

    -> No T&Cs (Terms and Conditions)

    -> Poor French straight out of Google Translate: 

    1.How can prices be much lower than market prices?

    The answer is that we offer a sourcing service: to purchase someone's name.


    -> No phone number in the contact section, only a Gmail address (which does not bode well...)

      Order placed on June 10 for 44 euros 80, debited on June 13 for 53 euros 60, and finally received the order on June 29. I was starting to despair, but since we can't contact them. They don't respond to emails.

      If you ordered via PayPal, I'm not familiar with the procedures to cancel the payment.

      However, if you ordered via credit card, I recommend that you go to your bank tomorrow and request a chargeback on this payment (if it’s not already too late...)

      Thank you ReATo, at my bank they can't put a stop on it because it was indeed me who made the transaction :/ however, they canceled this card and are issuing me another one just in case!

      However, I received a message from the site:

      "When you have successfully paid, your order number will appear on the site. This means your order has gone through. We do not send an additional confirmation email. After payment, your products will be shipped within 48 hours and approximately 7 to 15 days later, you will receive it."

      After placing the order, I realized it was a scam so I called my bank, but it's impossible to cancel. However, if I haven't received anything by July 6, my bank will file a complaint and a claim. If the package arrives but is counterfeit, the same applies: a complaint and a claim for the amounts paid. Make sure to keep photos of the items ordered and the payment confirmation email received.
