Attach a marker to the hull

Hello everyone,
I signed my mobile phone on the original white case with a marker yesterday, and with the humidity, I can see that the marker is coming off (but really just a tiny bit, nothing to worry about) but I would like to know if you have any solutions to fix the marker on the original case :)

PS: I just bought a hard clear case but I'm still worried it might rub off, my dad advised me to maybe put a transparent sticker or plastic film that I would secure well, but I can't find it online, I don't know what to search for (stickers that stick well, that don't come off, very sturdy)

    Maybe try using adhesive book covering. I'm not sure if it sticks to a laptop, though. Unless you put your clear case on afterward, then there won't be any friction and I think it would hold. We'll see!
