How to find an unresponsive server on my television

Hello, I would like to know how I can access a specific website on my television, as I cannot open it because I get a message saying that the server cannot be found, while I can access the usual sites like YouTube, Netflix, etc.
It's a Samsung

    Hello, it depends on which site! But the TV is not the cause!
    If the site is unresponsive, or if it's a special site, it happens! Check if the site is reachable from a PC; if it is, reset the box, and if needed, update the TV's firmware... you never know!
    It might just be a delay issue! For example, if the site doesn't respond quickly enough, or if the connection is a bit slow too? Check if the powerline adapters are communicating well (even if the lights are green).
