Bonjour,
je suppose que vous voulez dire windows 10 ?
téléchargez ce pilote et installez-le :
http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=3815799&swItemId=ds_99374_15&swEnvOid=4192
vous démarrez l'installation, l'imprimante non branchée au pc, lorsque le programme vous le demande, vous branchez l'imprimante et vous la mettez sous tension.
vous poursuivez l'installation.
