I have a Scenic 2 from 2007 with a Cabasse car radio GPS, my amplifier works but sometimes it experiences inexplicable sound cutouts. It no longer picks up the radio and there is no sound at all, however, if I test a CD the sound is very low, to hear it you have to turn the volume all the way up.
Thank you for your advice and opinions regarding this malfunction.

Damage issue likely due to your amplifier!
Often too much power is used for audio/radio equipment.

P.S. Frequently create a restore point! It solves quite a few problems.
