Hello,
My current version 18.0 is no longer working on Windows 10.
1-I need to uninstall the existing version 18.0
or
2-Will installing version 2016 overwrite the old version 18.0 and recover my data?.....
Thank you for your help
Best regards
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.87

Personally, I doubt it !!
You need to install version 2016 and retrieve the data from your previous version to import it into your new version..
If your version is very old, it is possible that the import is not automatic and in that case, check if you need to do it via the import of logs (provided your old software does export the logs).
In version 2016, there is an import tool that accepts CSV format. But this requires formatting your old files.
And if that seems complicated, you can enter your last balance and re-enter the existing entries since the last closure. This might be the simplest solution because it is quite possible that the accounting plan between the two versions is not the same... Moreover, if you import your previous data, your accounting plan must be identical to the old one.. the import does not create the accounts.
