Application Error: 0xc00000e5

Bonjour,
Depuis que j’ai réalisé l’update d’AVG Free 2016, je reçois un message d’erreur lorsque j’ouvre une application Windows 10 (Firefox, VLC, Word,...). Le message est : Application Error – 0xc00000e5. Ce message ne survient pas systématiquement lorsque j’allume mon PC, mais plutôt après un certain temps d’utilisation.

Le support AVG m’a recommandé la procédure suivante :
Find "Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB2859537)", uninstall that update and restart you PC then go to Windows Updates and hide (KB2859537)
Or, je ne possède pas un tel update.

Le support Microsoft m’a recommandé de faire un Clean Boot :
msconfig > services tab: select the Hide all Microsoft services > click Disable all
On the Startup tab click Open Task Manager
for each startup item, select the item and then click Disable > Close Task Manager
On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, click OK > restart the computer

Mais rien n’y fait, le problème persiste.
