Hello, I just bought a Techwood TV with WiFi, but I'm unable to set up the WiFi. I feel like I need to get a dongle or a wireless router. Can you help me? I don't understand anything, thank you.

you just need to connect your TV to your box
for that go to the Wi-Fi menu on the TV, search for Wi-Fi devices, enter the code from the box (the one on the label underneath, or on the screen depending on the box) and confirm
however, to connect a PC, it must have Wi-Fi capability, and the Wi-Fi must be active.
