Hello everyone
I have a big problem with my printer, it's not printing black anymore
and for colors, it's only printing blue
it's an HP D2360
I've already done the head cleaning at least 10 times and nothing changes

who has an idea please

  That's the problem with HP: the cartridges, or rather the nozzles, are delicate to prime.
  Leave them for a long time, 1-2 hours. Soak the nozzles in rubbing alcohol.
  Prime with a tissue without pockets (Kleenex).
  Make sure to leave an air intake (small channels on top), don't tape too much.
  Do lots of tests to stimulate the nozzles.

When I refill them, I don't put more than 2ml in each compartment.
