Hello,
When someone sends me an emoticon or a smiley, I receive a square and I don't understand why my phone won't read them.

What can I do to be able to read the smileys normally?

    Hello, it depends on the brand and model of the phone; on those "older" ones, the emojis are not recognized so it shows a square instead.
