I receive squares instead of emojis

Hello, I have a problem, so I have a friend who has a Wiko and when he sends me a smiley I can’t see it, it appears as a white square. (I have a Nokia Lumia 625) Do you know of an app to fix my problem? I already tried Handcent and it doesn’t work.. :/

    Hello

    A phone only reads the emojis that are integrated into the system; if you are not receiving the emojis, it means the person is using an app to send you text messages, like GO SMS PRO for example.

    Otherwise, the emojis integrated into their phone are not the same as yours, and thus you receive squares in both cases.

    Find out if that's the case first...
